Abstract
The case of two patients with large periapical lesions are presents. Most of the periapical lesions formed as a result of improper endodontic treatment. Following conservative nonsurgical endodontic retreament, there was resolution of the periapical lesion and clinical symptom. These results suggest that the sizes of a periapical lesion does not mandate its surgcal removal an even periapical lesions heal following conservative nonsurgical endodontic retreatment.
